i am not very good at explaining things, and instead of just copying lukas's entire page about otherkin, i will just link you to his page about it!! his explanation of it is brilliant! in fact, his homepage's layout inspired mine loads!!! thank you, lukas! i hope it is okay that i linked you here! i guess that i am a "subset" of otherkin called fictionkin, in that i identify as fictional characters alongside my otherkins.

all of my otherkins are very personal and important to me. i ask that you are please respectful of them! they make up a large part of my identity (something i have a hard time forming on my own...) and help me greatly with my self confidence. the otherkin (and especially fictionkin) community is something ive been a part of for many years now (since i first started using tumblr in 2014... so 3 years) and has been a place for me to be comfortable expressing my identity and just generally a place to have fun (even if the tumblr community is kinda ridiculous anymore). i hope that you were able to gain more understanding from my (well, actally, lukas's....) page, and maybe youll even realize you have some kins you didnt know about too!!! :D
